6th of June marks Sweden’s National Day, and we celebrate it with a special Giveaway!

- Post your family outdoor adventures on Instagram between Friday 2 June and Tuesday 6 June – be sure to include #freedomtoroam #likeSwedishKids and @Tinitell in your post.
- Get your post listed in TOP POSTS with hashtag #likeSwedishKids at the end of Tuesday, June 6 (11:59pm CET).
“Sweden has no Eiffel Towers. No Niagara Falls or Big Bens. Not even a little Sphinx. Sweden has something else – the freedom to roam”. This is the story of the most recent Visit Sweden campaign, and we could’t agree more!
The freedom to roam is the Swedish principle (‘Allemansrätt’), protected by the law, that gives all people the right to roam free in nature. Put up a tent and sleep on mountaintops, by the lakes, in quiet forests or beautiful meadows. Pick berries and mushrooms and flowers from the ground. Catch fish in the five big lakes and along the entire coastline. The only thing you have to pay, is respect for nature and the animals living there.
Winners will be informed publicly by Tinitell via Instagram on 7 June 2017, so be sure to keep an eye out on our Instagram feed!
