Tinitell 2018 Update
Tinitell AB is no longer able to operate as an independent entity. We have made the tough decision to shut down the company in Sweden and no longer manufacture Tinitell devices. This news has several major implications, and we hope to answer as many questions as possible here.
We are no longer manufacturing, promoting, or selling any new devices or products. One-to-one support is no longer available.
Active Tinitell devices will continue to work until September 2018.
Functionality or service quality may be reduced over time, and Tinitell devices are no longer covered by or eligible for warranty exchange. We don’t expect to release regular software updates or new Tinitell features. For best results, make sure your device is running the latest firmware and managed with the latest mobile app (released in 2018).
Those who ordered and received Tinitell from tinitell.com are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
What You Need to Know:
Tinitell AB is no longer producing, selling or marketing Tinitell devices. Orders from shop.tinitell.com or eu.tinitell.com will no longer be accepted or fulfilled.
Tinitell service (calling and GPS tracking) will continue as normal until September 2018 for current users. Some Tinitell functionalities might be reduced in the future.
Warranty support is no longer available by Tinitell AB.
Product returns will no longer be accepted for any devices sold through tinitell.com. Tinitell devices purchased at retail may be returned or exchanged based on the retailer’s return policy.
Tinitell devices or spare parts will no longer be available.
Refund requests will no longer be credited. If your order was placed or delivered in February 2018, you can try to dispute the charges with your bank in order to get the amount you paid refunded to your account.
